What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We specialize in custom orders. Our typical MOQ for custom printed boxes is 500 units. For plain unprinted boxes, the MOQ is 100 units.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 7-10 business days after design approval. Shipping time depends on your location.
Can I see a sample before ordering bulk?
Yes! We offer prototyping services. You can order a single sample box with your custom dimensions and printing to verify quality before committing to a larger run.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
For the best print quality, we recommend vector formats like AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNGs (300dpi) are also acceptable for simple designs.
